I recently had a very disappointing experience with this company. I made a deposit to hold an appointment for window repair and was informed it was meant only to secure my spot. However, when we needed to cancel due to an unexpected shutdown of our building, I was told that the deposit was non-refundable and that I was under a contract I had never seen or been presented with.The company claimed that since the amount was under $1000, no written contract was required, and asked if i received an email which i never did and they had no proof of either. They then switched up and stated that it was a verbal agreement which I also was never aware of, and when I asked for proof or a recording of the conversation, they said they could not provide it. Furthermore, they suggested that knowing the deposit was non-refundable was "common sense," despite my lack of experience in this area, and said we don’t have time to read the contract to every client we take deposits from.The customer service was rude, dismissive, and disrespectful throughout the entire process.Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone. Their handling of the situation was unethical, and their customer service was very poor.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. We got a quote on a window, put down a deposit, and scheduled the installation for two weeks later. However, 24 hours later, we were informed that our building was getting demolished.We called the company immediately to cancel the installation, but were told for the first time that we were under contract and that deposits were nonrefundable. However, we never signed any contract nor were we ever made aware of one. When we called to discuss the deposit, the representative refused to give us their name and spoke to us in a condescending manner, even asking, “Did you really expect to get your deposit back?”The lack of transparency, unprofessionalism, and poor communication made this a truly frustrating experience. I would never recommend this company to anyone.Needless to say my bank willl be processing this dispute as FRAUD.

I got a hold of WIndow & Glass Pros on Monday morning. Took some measurements on my own and also determined what type of glass I needed (low-e), and reached out to Pat Monday afternoon. He was able to schedule one of his techs, Robert, to repair my glass door the very next morning.Robert was very professional and laid back at the same time. Very knowledgeable and friendly. He got my glass door repaired in no time! I felt bad for him because it was hot and humid outside but, I made sure he was hydrated!Sliding glass door looks good as new and you would never know that I broke it to begin with!All in all, great response time, courteous staff, and excellent workmanship.Thanks Pat and Robert for fixing my mess up!-Alex

I broke a large picture window on a Saturday. I found them online and reached out and they returned my call by Monday morning. They had someone come out and gave me an estimate and took the first measurement then they came back out to remeasure to make sure that everything was correct as they ordered the glass in contact with me the entire time. Richy and Rob Arrived when they said they would install the window cleaned up all of the glass and even helped me put my fire table back. They were very friendly throughout the entire process.
